The Farmer and the Fox

There was a fox who used to worry a farmer a lot. It used to enter the farmer's chicken coop and eat all the chickens. The farmer decided to teach the fox a lesson. Several days later, he managed to catch the fox. Out of anger, he soaked a rope in oil, tied it to the fox's tail, and set it on fire.

The fire's intense heat caused the fox to run helter-skelter throughout the farmer's field. The entire crop caught fire right before the farmer's eyes. The fox's tail was burnt, but the farmer was also ruined. If the farmer hadn't acted out of anger, he wouldn't have endured such a loss. He was filled with regret.
